Antique/Vintage Fenton Birds & Cherries Carnival glass patterned bon-bon dish. The color is such a delightfully deep, rich color that it definitely falls into the Pumpkin marigold category! The iridescence color shimmers with some wonderful yellow, pink, aqua, etc. Very striking! The mold strike is amazingly crisp for its squarish shape.
Notice the details on the birds’ tail feathers and cherry leaves. Just a unique pattern and color. Made in the early 1900s.
There are some air bubbles and a seam line in the glass due to glass manufacturing and mold. Tiny knick/chip on the handle. See last photos.
